28 Nov 2009 (Sat) - Birthday Party

We celebrated Sally's 21st birthday and Jackson's 28 birthday on last Sunday. They are 7 years apart but both of them are borned on the same day, same month... 26th of November! My mum is good ah? Hahaha!

I remembered my mum always celebrated for them by cooking up a storm... this year is an exception... we ordered buffet instead. We wanted to have a BBQ initially and had booked a pit at East Coast Park. However, we dropped the plan as it has been raining alot these couple of weeks.

It was fun lah... but the cleaning up part wasn't that fun... But still I look forward to the next party that we gonna to have! Maybe a theme party??

25 Nov 2009 (Wed) - ***

Too busy for any updates... my time is split between my huge pile of work in the office and cleaning up after the renovation at home... don't even ask about the renovation... I have got myself the ultimate Interior Designer from Hell. My bathrooms are "Half F__k" - quoting my husband.

17 Nov 2009 (Tue) - Updates

Same old same old daily routine… work, home, work, home… hmm

Well, it’s going to get exciting tomorrow… I am renovating my bathrooms, adding new wall tiles… let’s see how dirty my house is going to get from all the hacking, drilling and cutting of the tiles… not forgetting the inconvenience of… where to poo and pee… ah hem… let’s move on to a less ‘private’ topic.

My bro and sis will be celebrating their 28th and 21st birthday at my humble abode this Sunday. Crossing my fingers and hoping that the renovations will be completed by then!

I don’t know if it’s just me only or what… but it seems that I can really attract weirdos… Since young, I (without fail) have the ability to attract weird people… I get freaks for friends, boyfriends, bosses and colleagues.. and even for family. Shall not name names here… but you know who you are! Wait.. maybe they don’t read my blogs…

It’s just that I have got so many things happening to me recently… truth that I couldn’t handle… people whom I shouldn’t have trusted… not to mention I have got “xiao ren” (quoting my mum) around me… waiting to irritate me on any and every opportunity that they can get.

Argh!

Shall try chanting buddhist prayers to free my mind…

I remember when we were young, my mum always warns us… don’t play with fire, don’t go near deep waters… most importantly, don’t fool around with people whom you cannot afford to mess with…

Especially those people who have strong evidences/ hold over you. Don’t take the kindness that was given to you for granted.
