I was extremely fed-up with blogspot for being so "User Friendly" when it comes to uploading pictures... so I was exploring at 3am and found that you can upgrade your editor to updated version just by going to:
Settings Tab/ Basic Tab/ Select Updated Editor (which is right at the end of the list)
The new version is supposed to be able to do more and easier to upload pic... but I haven't really try it yet..
Am writing this post using the new editor and will review as soon as I try on the uploading...

29 Dec 2009 (Tue) - US Trip Part 2
Good morning everyone! Started on this post 3am... yes 3 freaking am.
I am suffering from jetlaged big time! Woke up at 5am on Monday morning and then 2.30am this morning. I have tried going to bed at my usual 10pm, hoping to tune back to the local time, but NO luck. So while you are sleeping, I am up doing laundry, pooping and surfing the web. I know it is a gross topic... but can you imagine shit also its own biological clock?
Day 3 - Disneyland & California Adverture Park

So I am telling you it is Day 3 in the picture just in case you are wondering what's with the hand sign...

Magical Disneyland

Castle! I so want to stay there! It's such a beautiful place, the houses, streets, cars, restuarants are just amazing!

Melvin and I tried the adverture rides and all I can say is that the Americans are impressive! So much efforts have been put in the decorations to create the perfect ambience... what an experience!!

Moving on to the California Adverture Theme Park which is right opposite to the Disneyland. I think it belongs to the same corporation as the Disneyland.. A decision much regretted later on... We had to pay extra US$30 each for the ticket to California Adverture.. and we barely have time to go on a few rides/ shows there... We should have save the $$ and stayed in Disneyland for the whole day. Both parks are too huge and such long queues for each of the rides...

Having BBQ ribs and onion rings at California Adverture.

Supposed to be winter in Los Angeles, but it was so sunny! Everyone (including me) was in short sleeves and some even in shorts...

A scary elevator ride... I think it was called Tower of Terror or something... we didn't try that...

Aladdin musical... nicely put together but I am not a musical person so I zzz.... guilty!

I insisted that we try the Grizzly River Rafting!

My stockings were wet after the rafting ride...

Screamin California... I dare you to try.

At the gift shop, and the items are quite exp! It was impossible to find anything that cost less than S$15 after tax...

I asked to take a picture with this ang mo girl... she simply obliged! I want to adopt her!

We were at this shop which sells all the disney princess characters costumes for the girls... So many parents buy dresses for their precious daughters and there is a special dressing room where the staff will do the makeup and hair for them!

We didn't stay for the parade at 6.30pm and the fireworks at 9.30pm simply because we were tired and the place was packed to the rim! There are kids everywhere and we could barely make our way out of Disneyland.
Hope you enjoyed the pictures. After 2 days in 3 theme parks (Universal, Disneyland, California Adverture), I was all really to move on to the serious stuffs.... and that is SHOPPING!
Next up, factory outlets and Las Vegas!
